Andree Martinez

Andree was born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua Mexico and was born to El Paso, Texas. She comes from a family with entertainment-related genealogies. As a child, her family was full of television personalities such as Karla, the host of Univision's Despierta America. Her childhood was surrounded by television hosts, like her sister, Karla Martinez. (Host Despierta America on Univision)! Andrew Martinez serves as vice president, safety security and business Resiliency for Southern California Edison. SCE is one the nation's biggest electric utilities. SCE has made safety of workers and corporate security a priority. Martinez is the head of all the programs and activities which are geared towards the two areas. Martinez gives safety professionals throughout the entire company mentorship, quality programs and support to assist them in reaching the goals for safety for their work group. Martinez's previous role was as Director of Safety Training and Compliance, Transmission & Distribution. Prior to that he served as the director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services at SCE. During the 30 years working at SCE Martinez served in various management positions in programs that aimed at improving performance and corrections. This included roles at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS that focused on the protection of public and employees.
