Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart

Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American actress who played various roles in television, films as well as the stage. She won numerous accolades including the Daytime Emmy Award for her work in television and theater. Anne Celeste Heche (19 May 1969 - August 11, 2022) is an American actor. She first gained recognition for her roles for her roles as Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love of the soap opera Another World (from 1987-1991) She was awarded the two Soap Opera Digest Awards. Later in the 90s, she gained more attention with her part in the movie Donnie Brasco, a crime drama. Anne Lockhart was born Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953. She is an American actress. She was best known as Lieutenant Sheba in the television series Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). The actress is the daughter and granddaughter of actors Gene Lockhart. Lockhart's career started when she was a child. Her first role came to her at the age of four in T is for Tumbleweed. This film of a short length about theme was nominated to win an academy award. Her mother took her to the studio where she learned about what the industry of film was like. Lockhart is even featured on numerous Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory in 72 was her debut film. Joan Crawford's daughter was her character in The Sixth Sense, a 1972 TV series. Joan was in the episode for the final time. A popular rumor is that Anne turned down the role as Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's 1978 thriller Halloween which was later recast for Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter states that the actress turned down his offer to play Laurie Strode. Anne did not recall contact by John Carpenter nor being offered the job. It's possible that one of her agents declined it on her account without telling her. Glen Larson, who had given her the initial draft script of a part in the television series Battlestar Galactica from 1978, first chose her. The character wasn't strong enough for her to accept the part. Glen created a completely new character for her called Sheba, which was much more powerful. The Living Legend's initial 25-page script was read to her and she immediately agreed. The film ran for one season. The show was cancelled after one season. Joyride (1977) which was a film that she co-starred in and acted in with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith, Robert Carradine.
